Relaxing hotel and great and comfortable location close to bus stop. Excellent fruit, scrambled eggs and hot waffles supplied. Nicely furnished executive apartment with separate bedroom, bathroom, for instance. Amiable, amicable staff towards all guests. Location just off Niagara's tourist area and quaint downtown Niagara Falls, the Queen Street District downtown Niagara which was a great place to eat, and all the major tourist attractions.

The unit is beautifully decorated and inviting. Revised: the unit here is beautifully decorated and welcoming, except for some cheap Ikea wardrobes.

We have never gone to a B&B before. Kathy was fabulous! There was incorrect information online about check in--so we arrive later than expected. The room was clean, the grounds were nice. Kathy's breakfasts were excellent. We were within walking distance of the falls. We were away from all of the activity at the falls--it was nice and quiet! I will definately recommend this place to everyone! Thank you!

Extremely small room, electric fireplace, there is no sink in the very small kitchen in the lobby.

The staff were courteous and welcoming and helped us with free parking. Great and pleasant location to Niagara Falls State Park. A wide array of food options at a short distance from the venue. Bars and restaurants inside the hotel.

Clean and comfortable combined with a gracious host. Big bathroom supplied with plenty of towels. Large comfortable King bed dominated a tight, although elegant room that was equipped with a kitchenette.
Only constructive criticism offered to make the place perfect: Radio alarm clock didn't seeem to work - I think it needed a battery. The tv was very tiny and difficult to watch - a 32' plasma or similar would fit over the window. I would have enjoyed bacon and eggs rather than pancakes, however, that is a personal taste.
